1. The project of Establishment of Cooperative Development Centers in Vietnam.

Plans:
To support cooperatives to sustain itself and compete in market economy.
To help cooperatives to find and develop markets to give benefits for each member.
- To promote the socio-economic roles of cooperatives in their field.

Objectives:
- To support cooperatives to meet their socio-economic demands to their members.

Main activities:
- Analysing capacities required for teachers and consulting experts and other necessary resources of the cooperative development centers.
- Evaluating and defining suitable training programs for teachers and consulting experts.
- Defining tasks for each officer in the center.
- Selecting the most able and skilled 10 learners to be trained to be teachers in management and business development for the cooperative development centers.
- Outlining proper programs for teachers and consulting experts.
- Making proper textbooks with specific cases.
- Applying both practical and theoretical and informal methods to enable learners to have time to put together theory and practice as teachers in management and business development and consulting experts. Setting up 2 (two) pilot cooperative development centers. They are well-equipped and obliged by required administrative procedures. Organising training activities if required and promoting neccesary steps for the establishment of the Center.

Expected results:
- setting up two cooperative development centers who should be professional and efficient.
- Cooperative leaders and managers meet demands in skills and knowledge.
- The demand of technical consultancy to cooperative leaders and managers are assured to be met.
- 03 cooperative alliances are established and takes into operation professionally and efficiently.
